How many years of Form 11 do I need?
It depends on the lender. AIB commonly refers to two years and may request three in some cases. We follow your current checklist.
Can you guarantee mortgage approval?
No. The bank assesses affordability, credit and the property. We prepare and explain the tax documents.
Can I apply with late returns?
Speak with your broker, but your tax record may need to be brought up to date before declared income can be assessed.
